Boulem Khoukhi is a coach and mentor for many young players in Qatar's youth football program, including his own son, who has become a top player himself. He is known for his passion for education and dedication to the game.

Khoukhi began his coaching career as a youth coach for local clubs before moving on to work with the national team. He was appointed head coach of the under-15s team in 2016 and helped lead them to the Qatar U-17 Championship, where they won their first ever title.

In 2019, Khoukhi became the head coach of the U-18 team and led them to the final of the FIFA Under-17 World Cup, where they defeated France to win their first-ever silver medal.
